Livi under 14s have once again found the middle of the bat and stumps at another exciting indoor event at Broughton High School on Sunday 6th March 2022.

Fielding a strong line up which featured players who played in the under 14s Scottish Cup run of 2021, Livi were too strong for our pals at Linlithgow, MDAFS and Southmuir Sharks.

Indeed, the margin of victory over Linlithgow was to the tune of 124 runs with highlights including Alex L's 5 sixes from his 6 ball innings and 3 wickets and 3 pies from skipper Matthew V who only bowls one of two things in a crazy frustrating binary manner (no superposition sadly, quantum fans).  

First 50 partnership of the season also hit by the brothers Grimm, Alex and David L.  Similarly, a new ball partnership at the top of the order of Max H and Adit G seems to be developing nicely.

Srikar B now averages 120 with the bat this season and Matthew 4.5 with the ball (10 wickets total, 26 pies otherwise).  Crazy.

Next up is the under 10s who play Carlton twice and Linlithgow again at Broughton on the 13th of March.  Under 14s go again in 20th March at their home gym hall of Bathgate Academy and the 12s round off the indoor season at Broughton on the 3rd April
