Membership Types, Entitlements and Fees
For year 1st December 2023 to 30th November 2024
MEMBERSHIP TYPES ENTITLEMENTS
FULL SENIOR MEMBER (Persons aged 18 years and over as at 01/09/23):
- Full use of the Club’s facilities for the year 1st December to 30th November
- The right to attend and vote at all General and Extraordinary Meetings of the Club
- The right to attend and participate in any Senior Players indoor practice sessions
- The right to attend and participate in any Senior Players outdoor practice sessions
- The right to be considered for selection for any Senior Players team
ASSOCIATE PLAYING MEMBER (Persons aged 16 years and over as at 01/09/23):
- Full use of the Club’s facilities for the year 1st December to 30th November (Bar facility
not available to under 18s)
- The right to attend all General and Extraordinary Meetings of the Club
- The right to attend and participate in any Senior Players indoor practice sessions
- The right to attend and participate in any Senior Players outdoor practice sessions
- The right to be considered for selection for any Senior Players team
JUNIOR PLAYING MEMBER (Persons aged up to 16 years as at 01/09/23):
- Full use of the Club’s facilities for the year 1st December to 30th November except for
the Bar facility
- May by invitation attend some or all General and Extraordinary Meetings of the Club
- The right to attend and participate in any Junior Players indoor practice sessions
- The right to attend and participate in any Junior Players outdoor practice sessions
- The right to be considered for selection for any Junior Players team
ASSOCIATE SOCIAL MEMBER (Persons aged 18 years and over):
- Full use of the Club’s Bar and associated facilities
LIFETIME FULL SENIOR MEMBER (Persons aged 18 years and over as at 01/09/23):
- Full use of the Club’s facilities
- The right to attend and vote at all General and Extraordinary Meetings of the Club
- The right to attend and participate in any Senior Players indoor practice sessions
- The right to attend and participate in any Senior Players outdoor practice sessions
- The right to be considered for selection for any Senior Players team
HONORARY MEMBER:
- Full use of the Club’s facilities
- The right to attend and vote at all General and Extraordinary Meetings of the Club
- The right to attend and participate in any Senior Players indoor practice sessions
- The right to attend and participate in any Senior Players outdoor practice sessions
- The right to be considered for selection for any Senior Players team
- No Joining or Membership Fee is due from an Honorary Member
MEMBERSHIP FEES
FULL SENIOR MEMBER ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE:
- 18 years of age and above
£180
Payment Options:
1. 12 monthly payments by Standing Order of £15 starting in December 2023
2. Full payment of £180 in December 2023
ASSOCIATE PLAYING MEMBER ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE:
18 years of age and above
£150
Payment Options:
1. 12 monthly payments by Standing Order of £12.50 starting in December 2023
2. Full payment of £150 in December 2023
16 and 17 years of age £120 ***
Payment Options:
1. 12 monthly payments by Standing Order of £10 starting in December 2023
2. Full payment of £120 in December 2023
*** - This rate will also be available to University and College students irrespective of age.
JUNIOR PLAYING MEMBER MEMBERSHIP FEE:
£100 (Includes all Indoor/Outdoor practices and Match Fees) payable in December 2023
For 2 or more Junior Members in a family the total cost is £140.
ALL STARS / DYNAMOS / SUPER 1s
£100 (Includes all Indoor and Outdoor practices and other associated activities) payable in
December 2023.
This rate is reduced to £60 for All Stars who join via ECB and pay £40 to
ECB.
For 2 or more members of All Stars / Dynamos / Super 1s in a family the total cost is
£140. This is reduced by £40 per All Stars joining via ECB and pay £40 per All Star to ECB.
Please note:
Where 2 or more members of a family are in either the Junior Section or
All Stars / Dynamos / Super 1s or in both, the maximum membership payment for all
will be £140.
New Members or those re-joining after a 3-year absence will be advised of the
Membership Fee due for the period from date of joining until 30 th November. Those
who have been members over the past two years are liable to pay the full rates set out
above irrespective of the date of re-joining.
LIFETIME FULL SENIOR MEMBER MEMBERSHIP FEE:
On application and set by the Board at time of application
ASSOCIATE SOCIAL MEMBER ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE:
£5 per person for 12 months from date of joining
